It's not all complicated though. We believe in the power of simple tools that can make real world differences in teams and for individuals.
Our mission is to provide helpful training, coaching and group facilitation services to teams and individuals.
We are a collective of experienced facilitators. All of our facilitators have many years of experience providing training programmes, and working with teams and individuals in coaching and development. At Simple Wellbeing we deliver a range of services in three key areas. Training, Coaching and Group Facilitation. We offer a range of training programmes in Mental Health, Wellbeing and Resilience that are designed to support organisations in creating health workplaces and help individuals to learn and take responsibility for their own wellbeing. Courses range from 1 hour to 2 full days and can be customised to suit the needs of any organisation. We can deliver training face to face or via video conference tools like ZOOM or MS Teams. Our coaching processes are designed to help individuals, teams and leaders to clarify the thinking and imbed the habits needed to maximise wellbeing. So much of what we know is wasted when we don't have the opportunity to put that knowledge to work in the real world. You can learn a skill pretty quick, but it takes time to develop the attributes we need to improve our life, our work and our leadership capacity. Group facilitation is a powerful way to develop valuable attributes in our teams. It usually isn't an automatic process that we learn a new skill or some important information and instantly experience the benefit of that learning. Group facilitation creates the opportunity for measurable growth as teams work together with a facilitator to take that knowledge and skill apply it in real life situations.
We work with teams and individuals across New Zealand in organisations of all shapes and sizes.
Simple Wellbeing also partners with community groups to deliver training events so support Whanau with useful tools in Mental Health and Resilience. "Mental Health and Resilience for Whanau'' is a two hour seminar that defines Mental Health and Resilience and outlines the basic tools we can use to build mental health in our Whanau and develop our own personal resilience. "Bouncing Back" is a 90 min seminar designed to help people recognize the impact of loss or tragedy has affected them, and learn the tools that they can use to begin a process of recovery. We rely on sponsors and local hosts to support these efforts.
